Precision Woodworking Born from a Tradition of Excellence

For nearly two decades Phil Coldwell served in the U.S. Navy’s elite SEAL teams, where attention to detail meant the difference between mission success and failure. After retiring from the Navy, Phil focused that precision on honing his skills as a woodworker. He worked for a local custom furniture maker and studied under Rob Cosman to refine his skills in joinery techniques and construction of fine furniture.

Phil uses traditional joinery methods such as hand cut dovetails and mortise and tenon construction, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail at every phase of a project, from concept sketches to delivery.
